Because of a huge mess I got to a situation were I'm 10 days from the strt of my first semester and I'm not in any course and no one answer my mails and I don't want to get stuck with nothing for this months

Go to your university in person. Hard to ignore you if you're there. Have you an Admin building of some sort to visit? A secretary? Failing that, go to individual doctor's offices during office time and see how to go about enrolling.

If it's any consolation, I woke up in a hospital out of state around a week before my university's fall semester started (and still hadn't registered), and yet even I managed to get in all the classes I needed (with options). Granted, it was all upper-division math classes that I don't think are usually filled to capacity, but still.

If your registration system allows waitlisting online, you'll probably be fine during the flurry when people drop and reshuffle between sections in the first week and the lead-up.
