Oh yay. Turns out someone else in the group was planning suicide last night, and I saw the post, but the way it was phrased made the meaning go completely over my head and I therefore did nothing. He's still around but holy shit I feel awful now.

Being raised on shonen anime, world-saving video games and hero cartoons has instilled in me a sense of duty that yes, I can and should save everyone, despite knowing that I can't, and in some cases probably shouldn't. Just because I know something doesn't make me feel any better when I'm proved right.

Basically I have a hero/martyr complex and that's been the cause of more heartache in recent years than anything else.

Bronies are by and large societal rejects, myself included. EVERYONE has issues, and they just so happen to most often exhibit themselves as depression.

I got like 3-5 hours of sleep last night.
No amount of rationalization could could save me from the Operator I was sure was in the room. I sweat when both scared and in bed. So I was covered in sweat and dark for a while.

They of rationalizing him though for me is just "He was an actor with stilts and arm extenders. He had a skin colored mask and a nice suit. Nothing more than an actor.
