Enhancing Adventure Mode

Are there mods and what not that enhance Adventure Mode and stuff? Like, add weapons and whatnot. I would check myself, but I can't at this moment. Modding forum won't load for me :(

also, if there are could you post them? <3

Deons genesis mod is really good for adventure mode http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=52988.0
Adds races/weapons/crafting and some other stuff too.

I like civ forge for its weapons and races too. Theres also a player made GUN SWORD somewhere in the modding section.

my sense is the majority of em will have their own overriding graphics packs.

I suggest Deon's Genesis. It comes with a graphical version and an Ascii version. It's also fully prepacked, so there's no need to fiddle with the raw files.

It's only in early stages of development, but my own Saecular Total Conversion mod is mostly focused around adventure mode. No graphics packs, ASCII only at this point, and I couldn't say if other graphics packs would act weird or not with it. Check it out if you want something a little bit unique (though admittedly rough at this point, but future releases will change that immensely).
