CONSTITUTIONALISM: You have two cows. The town takes a bucket of milk to pay for fences, the state takes a bucket of milk to pay for roads, and the country takes a bucket of milk to pay soldiers on the Canadian-American border forts. Its great for a while, but too beautiful to survive.

Not a troll, not some basement-dwelling neckbeard, but indeed a hateful, rude little person. On the internet.
I'm actually quite nice IRL, but you people have to pay the price for that.

Now stop being distracted by the rudeness, quit your accusations of trollery, and start arguing like real men!

PIRATEOCRACY-REALISM MODE: Unfortunately, your lads are already dead from scurvy. And being shot in the face. By you. When they tried to mutiny because they were all dying of scurvy and you still had a secret orange stash. The Royal Navy ship sees the Jolly Rodger you so foolishly raised instead of a nation's flag, and board the ship, taking you alive. After a token trial you are hung for your crimes, and your body thrown to rot in the wilderness. Three-hundred years later, people on the internet talk about how cool they thought your job was.

And those people argue over whether you or some sect of assassins, spies and saboteurs you probably never heard of were better.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

And the relatively sensible ones conclude that whichever one decides to be made out of metal first is superior. This does not bode well for the sanity of anyone involved.

What sanity?
