Also Psychologically disturbed but normal WAS what I said was unacceptable and I went further to state that knowing the difference is important for precident and faster identification of these kinds of practices.

I volunteer if someone wants to pay the 50 grand for me. My dashing youthful features could easily pass for a teen drug abuser aged beyond his years by his abuse of cough syrup or some such nonsense.
