Well the thing is...

I assume a lot of the kids, who are now adults, who really deserved to be there (somewhat) probably say this about the school: I was good for me I just wish there was another way.

Personally I think the solution is to build a better school then to tear it down. (THEN tear down the school)

As I said, Drill schools and Bootcamps arn't much better. Just less creative.

NO. ONE. "DESERVES." TO. BE. ABUSED! Especially not frigging children, delinquent or not! Multiple people don't just make specific stuff like this up!

Bootcamps do their fair bit of physical and emotional abuse. They just arn't inventive. They want to emotionally abuse you? well then they will just insult you, call you worthless as they drag you through mud until you suffer muscular entropy, and deprive you of any enjoyment you could possibly have so your completely dependent on them as well as use any emotional outburst you have from crying to anger against you in a way to break you down further.

They just arn't going to spread makeup on your face to do it.

I've seen a couple documentaries on those "Stop being a punk teenager" bootcamps, and there really isn't much difference between their "military discipline" and emotional abuse.

Then at the end of the meeting Joe Ricci says ' Now  we're gonna put you upstairs in one of the rooms. It was a room about the size of this. (6x10) and they boarded up the windows, and boarded up the door and locked it. And he said 'Whatever goes on in there goes on.'  It was in July...I know it was in July, because it was my 16th birthday the next day... It was horrible. Six of us all  stuck in there together. The guys- Ray and Johnny would take turns beating each other. Ray would pound his head until he got tired. And they'd take turns having sex with the two girls. One of them didn't care, but the other girl  didn't want to, but they made her. Sean and Ray would keep her food, and that's how they got to her. The day I turned 16 I was sitting in the corner and I mentioned that it was my birthday, and Sean picked me up and said 'Oh it's you're birthday, I have something to give you...' He started to hit me in the face and stuff, and then, well he raped me in there," he  says, his voice trembling.

No kid, NOT A SINGLE CHILD ON EARTH, deserves to be put through this hell. This IS NOT a school. To call it a joke would be to INSULT the people who was tricked into going there.
Everyone who went to the "school" got horrible education. Many, many of them left with mental disorders. None of them came out better than they came in.

Though if the students themselves are advocating it, it does seem to say something else.
