If anyone is willing to come with me, I will search the Pediatrics floor, with my buddy's help we can deal with the (most likely) frenzied Zed, and potentially find those people who were shouting for help.

Also, in combat, does Tom get a roll? And if so, can I do a free action to assess the risk when he attacks a Zombie?

The zombie will only be Frenzied if Phantom decides to take me up on the FREE Action. In your case, since you use your Day Action to "search 3rd Floor: Pediatrics", time has passed (end of turn), and the zombie will have calmed down by 1 alert level (to noisy & active).

Tom is treated as an item, so no combat rolls. Besides, biting infectious zombies probably wouldn't be great for his health.

Re: Civilian finding. Awesome - just let me know where you'd like to tell them to go, etc if you find anyone.

I suspect you've never tried doing many illegal things yet in your game. The second the CCS knows you're "active", they'll come down on you like the hammer of God.

Hmm, a tough thing here is trying to coordinate our actions...

Action 1: I sleep in the cafeteria
Action 2: I assist Kashyyk in dispatching the frenzied Zed and (hopefully) rescuing and calming the civlians.

I match my above actions to coordinate with Kashyyk-if he sleeps in night, and goes to fight at day, I do the same, and vice versa.  Will this work Arcadia?

RP:
"I'll go with you Lozz. Can't let a pretty girl like you become zombie kibble."

EDIT: If we find any civilians, tell them to nest in the cafeteria-they can probably smash those Vending machines!
EDITEDIT: I've been thinking Arcadia-do we know how many seats the helicopter has? That will lead to some drama...lol

:)

Actually, I cancel my action going into the morgue.
Would anybody help me search the super market? Seems like a likely place for survivors.
After that, my Night Action is take a nap in the cafeteria.

RP:
"Yeah, guys, anybody want to help me search the supermarket? Looks like a place where we could find some people. And I think the civilians should gather in the cafeteria."

Find latex gloves and wear them there must be some around here, kitchen plastic gloves maybe?
Loot cash register in kitchen. Yay money!
Interact with vending machine. Seek Caffeiney drinks
Sneakily go down to receptionist office, use phonebook and phone to call supermarket and gas station and, uhh aparment complex if i can identify its name.
Move 2 propane tanks from kitchen to the barricade, might be usefull
Loot gold earring in receptionist office (discard earpeice)
Dissasemble bed for metal bars, wrap cloth like bedsheet around it, take the kitchen dessert lighter, dip torch in deep fryer or other grease. NOW I HAS TORCH.... investigate dark places like elevator and crawlspace (though i dont go sticking my head in dark unexplored places or anything.)

My knife is available for borrowing

EDITEDIT: I've been thinking Arcadia-do we know how many seats the helicopter has? That will lead to some drama...lol

The helicopter can seat (plot number) of passengers - I'll let you evacuate as many civilians as there are on the helipad.

@ Hastur:

Dwarmin's right. Power's out. No hospital phones (the lobby one doesn't even dial out!) Also, which barricade are you moving the propane to? North & South lobby doors? I'll let you place them there, though I can only imagine propane tanks being useful as an explosive (when shot). If you have a different idea in mind, let me know though.

@ Dwarmin: Tip over the vending machines?! Do you know how many people get injured every year doing that? You don't? Neither do I. But apparently there's a warning label on the vending machine.

Note: You can probably look up phone numbers for the supermarket and gas station, but it will be hard to ID the apartment complex (phone book is sorted by last names). However, one could spend 1AP to dial every single phone number in the book.

EDIT 2: I just realized you can't even get to the phone book. Actually, no one can enter the lobby, or exit to the surrounding environment currently since Hastur has locked both doors to the south & North Stairwells. Anyone heavy could successfully force one of the doors open (FREE ACTION) :P Anyone/everyone average could try to force the door open (1 roll per door per turn: so, 75% chance you can get one of the doors open)

EDIT 3:
@ Hastur: You are too heavily built to safely navigate the elevator shaft or ventilation crawl space.   ::)

Sonofabitch!
Bah, I go to the roof and I entice Tom to howl with something from the cafeteria. And I go get a scalpel when finished.
And then I go to sleep at night in the cafeteria.

You can scout out the Helipad and 2 additional locations for 1 AP. (If you don't want to, that's fine)
If you can get to the Helipad successfully, would you like to turn on the helipad lights?

Unless someone else is borrowing Hastur's bowie knife, I'll have him loan it to you for the duration of this turn. (You'll still try to pick up a scalpel).

I would just like to only explore the Helipad and turn on the helipad lights. And maybe repeatedly turn them on and off through out the day.

"Hehe, good thing you're around to protect me then, hey Duane? :P I recommend checking upstairs out while their is still light. Also, Hastur, can I borrow your Bowie Knife? I suspect it'd be better than my multitool"

Day: Head up to Pediatrics, and search the floor. If we are outnumbered by Zed's we retreat. otherwise we attack. Any Civilians will come with us on our search, then head back to base with us (Cafeteria)
Night: Give back Bowie Knife, Sleep time.

Well seeing as I'm the fastest here I think I'm going to head over to the apartment block (south) and investigate that help sign someone put up. I would like it though if anyone else would like to join me though. Knowing my luck it'll be a trap no, wait, I'll be too late and they'll be zombified but Jimi isn't bright enough to realise that. Anyway, actions!

Day: Skate over to the apartment block and see what's going on with the 2nd floor room with the "help" sign on it
Night: head up to the i.c.u. and see if there are any more beds that aren't taken apart already. After that I'll see if I can shore up that north barricade with said aluminium poles.

So if during the day I find any zombies in the apartment block, I'll kill them if I meet one, and try to lose them around the apartment block if I meet lots. Any survivors I meet I'll tell them to tag along behind me and help with any lots (us) on one zombie attacks.
At night time I'll just run to the cafeteria and hold any zombies from there that come at me unless I can take them from behind the barricade without too much risk.

For those of you who have submitted your moves for Turn 2, here is how I will interpret your actions. Let me know if there are any changes you'd like to make.

Free Actions:

Action, Night:

Civilian Orders
-If found/convinced they will be escorted to 2nd Floor Cafeteria.
-Assist in combat if possible. Civies will only act 50% of the time. Their attacks are treated as unarmed (extreme RISK). On the plus side, they count towards the 2:1 auto-kill ratio.
-Further details about civilian behavior will be learned once you have encountered them.

I volunteer to help Jimi with breaking down the barricade before I attract survivors!
