EDIT:  Nevermind.  I thought it was more of a penny-arcade Dwarf Fortress centric comic.  Not a mention in a news post :P

I wonder how long until Toady has the different cultures all naming their own currencies?  He's starting the caravan arc now so there's a chance it'll be within the next decade soon...
