Japanese Lessons [Interest Check]
« on: November 25, 2010, 12:35:27 am »

So yeah, pretty much as the title says.
In part because it feels like I've been discussing this stuff a lot lately.
They'd be pretty simple because I am a horrible, horrible teacher, but whatever.
I'd probably do some combination of text and audio, with the occasional drawing to show stroke order.

Probably basic.
Quick overview of kana, then hammering in basic words and grammar.

I'd be mildly interested. What kind of medium would you be using to teach? Livestream, Youtube, a blog?

The forums and box.net.
I can post text lessons and drawings/diagrams here, and audio lessons on box.

Good luck with this, but I'm already taking a class elsewhere. I may pop in from time to time to pick up additional vocabulary nonetheless.

Might've been interested if I wasn't busy with other things.

Maybe. The last 2 times I tried learning it, I was alone. With others to practice with, I could do it.

Yep, though, I've been rather busy lately with school and learning Russian.

僕の名前はダンです。

Sure are.
Except wa is actually ha, which leads to hilariousity when you actually type something.
So you should write it as ha.
Same with o (protip: it's actually wo).
