That fleet was there on a mission to seek a diplomatic entry for them into the Great Empire of Borghyi, a misunderstanding lead to their destruction. Perhaps the bloodlust of Bacxa should be punished? I wanted to allow them to enter the empire through peaceful means. Within the Empire of Borghyi the people are free to do as they please so long as they pay their taxes.
