BTW, I have some other rules that I have forgotten to say about ships.

Navies will only engage under 2 conditions.

1. 2 enemy Countries that are at war have moving navies that come in a very close area of each other.
(This isn't going to happen a lot.)

2. A moving navy comes in contact with a blockade.

Blockades have also been changed. They act like a net to enemy navies. Meaning that any enemy ship that comes within a 1 cm area around the ship will engage in combat. In order to set up a blockade, you must set a area for the fleet to set it up and when they get there they will stay. A good idea is to chain together blockade-ing navies so they cannot enter a certain area of the map by water.

Note: All the ships in a blockade chain (Thats if you set up a line of blockading ships that all are in a 1 cm area ) will attack a ship that enters it attack area.

Note2: Any navy blockade larger then one ship will be shown on map.

Important notice: The Hytian Empire has been booted from the game since he has not made any attempt to do or ask anything since he sgined up.
