I've decided to adopt Duke as my forumer.

He suggested I be turned into cat biscuits, so I can adopt him as a form of protest.

Furthermore, he's got too many friends to simply let die, thus surely he has too many friends to risk him going melancholy when his beloved pet gets sent down the repeating spike trap corridor.
