Haven't really seen enough global tournaments to compare, but the general answer is 'yes' and those guys stay on their own damn servers because they have no use for round-eyes outside Irvine. They're also either inflating their APM or hopped up on something, probably meth. I swear I saw one guy attack a Nexus with six Vultures and he clicked about twelve times getting them into the exact position he wanted, maybe getting a benefit of a tiny fraction of a second of fire rate. With the proper tactical interface that crazy motherfucker could probably command the whole SK army all by himself, or use his twitch skills to headshot twelve enemies at a hundred yards in four seconds.
