The comments are pretty amusing to me.  Everyone is making a huge fuss about how he's a TERRIBLE government official and how the taxpayers are wasting so much money, just because he won't answer leading, badgering questions--while there's a press conference somewhere ELSE.  I mean yeah, he was being a douche, but the reporters were being bigger ones and he should really become more of a folk hero for that.

This man is my favorite  person ever when it comes to be an asshole while eating a cookie, I mean, did you see the grace and style where he batted away those media. its exactly how I've always wanted to deal with less skilled programmers(amazingly, I'm the only programmer who has any clue how to program at the school) when I'm playing my video games.

Give the guy a break, he wants to enjoy his rather tasty looking cookie in peace. Reporters are always pestering politicians, give him his five minutes to eat his cookie, he made that pretty clear. Sheesh!

This is why I didn't go into journalism. When confronted by a interviewee that doesn't want to talk, I was generally advised to behave like that. While it's necessary sometimes and I like my elected officials to answer questions when they're put to them, since I pay their salary, that isn't the way to do it. You don't crawl up someone's ass "just for comment."

Still, I laughed when he stuck that cookie in her face. Dude wanted to sock her in the face.
