I would prefer 'every day unless you have a REALLY good reason', but that's because I am a bit impatient, and we need to make up for lost time.

Truth be told, I'd like this too, but then I figured that we might need a bit of time built in for discussions and votes and whatnot. Having mulled over it 2 days would probably be a good rhythm.

Honestly, that would rock, but I know I can't make promises  :P

Pff....I think I'm just going to hoard my (9) points for next round, actually. Maybe I'll shit rivers next turn.

Map coming as soon as I get around to it.

kk there it is, thats my (late) first turn.
The giant grey splotch is a huge super-high level plateau (with a 1 meter lip around it to keep the terrain in), the sides are completely vertical and unbroken, and on the northmost, eastnmost, southmost and westmost point, there are 4 spiral stairways up to the top.
Their are no trees, because of the violence of the rising, plants remain, but animals were killed by the lack of oxegen at the new height.
And bowdown, when you edit the picture, making it look not terrible (and more circular) would be appreciated, because as it is now it looks ugly

rolled an 8 add that to my previous 3 left over and the plus 1  bonus from having less than 5 which all adds up to 12.

I spend ten points to make a large area where the ground is alive and looks all fleshy. Said ground feeds itself when it is hungry by consuming dead stuff that is lying on it. If there is no dead stuff than it will go and try to suck in a living creature to eat.

PP- 2 + [3][4][5] + 1 = 15 (w007 straight!)

-8 points for the turtle.

-7 points to do various things to the topography of the turtle. Namely, adding the Lake of Dreams, an eternally still lake that feeds the Patient River, which flows around the Peak of Wisdom, past the peaceful green Forest of Contemplation and off the side of the turtle in an enormous waterfall that doubtlessly makes life... INTERESTING for surfacedwellers. Map update to follow shortly.

PP- 0

Incidentally, when it comes to creating races are default critters like rabbits/deer/wolves expected to live in appropriate biomes, or do we create them individually?

Right, 9+1=10, Cut off one of the islands from the rest of the planet by surrounding it with... I dunno, stationary flying magma or something.

I'd say standard non-crazy life is automatic by biome. Though if you want to fill the forest with 12foot saber-tooth zombie racoons, then that's a race.
Um... houserule: any non-sentient race is half-cost.(e.g. anyhting that isnt going to have any kind of society. Swallow-men are a race. Lava crabs are half-cost.)

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The Lake of Dreams is at a higher elevation than everything other than the Peak of Wisdom. The plains to the east shall henceforth be known as the Prairie of Peace, and the untouched area to the south is the Uneasy Wastes.

FAKEEDIT: Given the mundane life, I shall specify that the inhabitants of the biomes on the Flying Turtle (anyone got a name for it?) are are all rather peaceful and benign. Deer, rabbits, various birds, groundhogs, etc. Presumably when the population climbs too high the old and the sick are kind enough to jump off the edge of the Turtle.

I spend 12 points this turn. I had 12 (2 left (i thought i had one cause i suck at counting) + 1 from less then 5 last turn, +9 from rolling a nine)
5 points are spend on making the dark blue lakes, and in the center of each one, is a small perfectly flat island.
6 points are spend on making a eternal stormy blizzard, in goes in a inward spiral pattern, starting at the edge of the hex, then rising to the top of the plateau and circling to the edge of the central hex, at which it, and the cold, stops abruptly. (Just for some clarification as well, if the turtle attempts to fly over, it may very well be trapped above the central hex unless their is some kind of divine intervention).

A extra single point is spend to make the center hex forest. The edge of the forest is sharply defined, and their is a slight pressure when attempting to exit it, just outside of which is the eternal blizzard and immense sheets of snow.

Spoiler: Here it is (click to show/hide)
EDIT:on each island i want a altar, that when the appropriate magics/sacrifices are done, shuts down the part of the blizzard originating in the hex next to it temporarily, how could i do that? and what would the cost be?

I imagine that the easiest way to do it would be as an Event, the divine crafting of these blizzard controlling altars.

At least, I am operating under the assumption that Artifacts of divine power levels fall under the Event heading, as I have a slew of Artifacts that need to get dropped.
