More DF publicity! Netguide Magazine's new Freeware Gam
« on: February 08, 2008, 08:52:00 pm »

Having recently been taken on as a columnist for Netguide magazine (don't worry if you have not heard of it, it's only sold in New Zealand), what better game to kick off the free/shareware section than Dwarf Fortress?

--

Dwarves, Goblins, mountains and killer carp! Dwarf Fortress is a great game that will completely and utterly confuse you at first (in both gameplay and graphics), but with the help of its supportive community and some patience, you won't be able to put it down. Dwarf Fortress is under constant development, so keep an eye out for updates.

9.5/10

No, it's not free. It's just the editor making a mistake in the headlining..To avoid that I've actually specified what is free and what is not in the next issue
