LOL, I missed the target so I had to travel back, I am a head cutter, all my kills have ended with them not having a head....
Though I do have three bolts in me. How do I pull them out...

Capital "I", and select the bolt from your inventory.  Get ready to bleed!

Really, well then lets see how I go... Got 3 people following me, how do I dump one???

EDIT:: Well that was fun, went off to the next bandit area and found around 20 Goblins sitting there waiting, the companions bumrushed the bandits and 2 died almost instantly, the third was wounded, I cam in and hacked off ones head and then started striking at the others. The first wave was clear which were 7 goblins, then further south came the rest and a bolt...

Oh I am so in.  I'm a peasant so I'm starkers anyway, and a groundhog stole my spear (grabbed the thrown spear with its spleen and ran off-screen, the little bastard!)
So even without trying I was adhering to the rules.
I am now in the process of fighting a pack of wolves barehanded.  So I figure I'll be posting in five minutes about my glorious death...

I... have never felt such joy in a computer game as this.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I then proceeded to choke the wolf until it died.
Man, I have to leave in 20 minutes to... ironically train at brazilian juijtusu ... but the real world just can't compare anymore, I want to stay here :(

The ear will be in your mouth afterwards, you'll need to drop it or put it in a bag afterwards. :)

The next time you bite something, the whatever drops out of your mouth.
When they go flying, they usually "Remain in your grasp" as well. In your teeth. Well. Tooth. Whichever tooth you bit with.
That's how my hero had 3 brace of Keeper ears in his mouth - he has 6 teeth, and with them he bit 6 ears (at once) on 3 different keepers before starting with the "shaking" to tear them off. At the end of it, each of his teeth had an ear, in inventory.

I wish you could forbid specific attacks (like biting, or punching) to better train others or for flavour focus. I would forbid biting if I had a head in my mouth or something, so as to carry it around like that.
