I've returned after some RL stuff and raging against a Mac. In any case, apologies for the delays, I had gotten a bit far enough when some issues took over my life, and my ability to access the internet as well.

In any case, I, for one, be interested in MM, (MMU, please, MMP2 has interface serious interface issues). And I swear, if we actually manage to get our country standing by 1821, I would be very, very surprised.

Well, I have to say, this was an interesting 30 years. Not so much in Muscowy itself, but certainly in the rest of the world.

I started off with a regency council, so I quickly got to work on building up a force to conquer Novgorod. They were allied with Ukraine, so I had a few stacks of troops on the border with them, too. By the time my monarch was of age, I had a decent force to conquer both sides of the war. Ukraine was far harder than Novgorod, and I didn't even manage to claim Kiev (although Poland eventually did). Novgorod got annexed etc etc.

I went into a few wars in order to get a bit more territory and Sweden got dragged into one of them. I beat them, forced them to release Finland and then made Finland a good friend of mine for the sheer sake of it.

I spent the last five to ten years sucking up to pretty much everyone, making royal marriages and generally trying to secure some sort of a future for the country in the greater world. God only knows how that's going to turn out.

• France has collapsed into a bunch of states.
• England has united the British Isles and is just waiting for them to core to form Britain, I think.
• The Protestant Reformation swept Europe, giving us both Reformed Protestant and Protestant states. It's tore Europe apart religiously.
• I forced Sweden to release Finland.
• Both Castille AND Spain have rather large holdings in North America. England hasn't really expanded since the player's last turn. :p
• The Teutonic Order has became Prussia.

EDIT2: You know what irritates me about almost every game like Europa Universalis 3? It's not possible to sail ships through the Suez canal. It completely destroys the tactical importance of Egypt.

Hey, they're doing better than when I left off... I was worried they'd have trouble conquering united Ireland, but apparently they've managed to reclaim all the provinces I lost due to rebellion. Though yeah, looks like that kept them too busy to do much else.

I really love the collapse of France, though. I wonder why Brittany and Avignon don't make peace deals, though.

EDIT: I'm glad that both Spain and Russia manage to form even if, from what I can tell, they collapse shortly afterwards. That's what happened in my game, anyway.
