Playing Iraq so far was a blast. Can't expand too much thought because of inevitable Ottoman Empire warnings.

Coincidentally, I'm playing as the Ottomans... The revamped call to arms thing makes wars a lot bigger. Being the Ottomans, I've had a lot of holy wars declared on me.. and a crusade.. It will start with the nation declaring war, then its allies will declare war on me, and then the allies' allies will declare war. Luckily I have a lot of vassals and a couple of allies (though the Mamluks are being annoying... They have the mission to protect against me, and have taken almost all of the Arabian peninsula.) but my navy can't compete when the English navy or a combined Venetian/Neapolitan (and all their allies) fleet show up.  It makes crossing the Bosphorus Strait difficult sometimes

The way nomad nations are treated is also pretty interesting. You've gotta send settlers to any nomad lands you conquer in order to take them away from a nomad nation like the Timurids. The only diplomatic things you can do are make them concede defeat or pay you regular tribute.

I've shaped up Iraq a little but it is by no means a hegemony like i wanted it to be.

Go ahead inteuniso its your turn. There are bound to be some interesting picks in the world map right now but I haven't taken a closer look. Muscovy is Holy Roman Emperor so I imagine utter steamrolling as them or Russia would be possible.

Restricted nations so far for IN are Ming, Poland, Brunei, Portugal and Iraq.
