How do I make my dwarves infinite speed?

I'm trying to make a mega project right now, and I forgot how to make my dwarves get infinite speed. Any ideas?

You've added it to the save raws and not the main raws, right?

Put it before the "caste" tags. I see [CASTE_NAME:] and that could be an issue. Not really sure since Vanilla, Genesis, and Wasteland seem to be laid out differently.
