You are all Kobolds - Goodbye, Cave

YOU ARE ALL KOBOLDS
A tale of the cleverest, quickest, strongest and luckiest of kobolds, and of those who weren't lucky enough.



As the title would indicate, you are all kobolds. Your encampment has been hit hard lately, with many raiding parties never returning and a plague washing through the population, picking off many of your kin. The elder, with his dying breath, told you that this place has become cursed, and it is time for the tribe to move on.

As the survivors of the plague, it is your duty to find a new location and to rebuild your tribe. Little equipment remains in the camp (not that there was much before); much of it has been burned to cure it from the plague. You know of a few nearby locations from which certain equipment may be stolen.

BREAKFAST: 19 meals (14 with current player base)
LUNCH: 14 meals (9 with current player base)
DINNER: 14 meals (9 with current player base)
Amongst you, you eat 47 meals a day. (32)


In addition, it's advised you try to sleep for 6 hours each day (if everyone's at camp I'll time-skip past this). A kobold can operate for a while on 3, and for a few days on none, but will pay the price for it.

Absolutely fine. I'll just mention that I added the fixer (doctor) and watcher (observer/concentration) skills, 'cos I forgot them before.

Also, as a note, combining all crafting skills into one will be much less useful than it might seem to someone used to dwarves, due to kobolds' limited crafting ability. Not that you won't be able to do anything, just that it'll start basic and will take a lot of ingenuity to come up with something you haven't seen before. That said, you'll still be massively useful in turning gathered items into basic weapons and reducing stolen clothing to kobold size.

Maxi, with that build you can still choose 2 attacking skills at +1 for free. When you pay for an attacking skill (any combat skill except blocker or dodger) you get another one for free at 1 less than the one you paid for. So you could take spiker or chopper at +3 instead, get the other one at +2 for free and still have 1 point to spend on another skill.

Sorry, Maxi, limit of one skill at +3 still applies, the only time it doesn't is with sneaker. You can go
+3 one weapon, +2 another, +2 dodger, +1 something else and +1 sneaker
or
+2 one weapon, +1 another, +3 dodger, +1 something else and +1 sneaker

Halberds, if you manage to get a hold of one (and you'd be able to wield one without penalty thanks to your large perk), will primarily use the chopper skill, though occasionally you might use spiker with the spike on the end. In addition, you could hit with the shaft with the basher skill, or block with it using blocker. If the blade got taken off it could become a slasher weapon.
