Excellent. The island in the northeast sea is pretty interesting as well.

It's rather green, and the water level took over the background, but this is what I got.

Making more proper worldmap looks (via Terragen (2)) requires a bit of tweaking, but it's not too hard. With layering and setting the variables a tad, you can make some rather decent maps. Like I did with the world the Bloodfist was created in.

It looks like mostly plains, but it's still pretty good nonetheless. (Made in Terragen 2)

EDIT:
If I recall how TG2 uses water, compared to TG1, I think you can place water levels in blocks so you can make stepped lakes and such. I think if you do that instead, you can generate a more proper picture. Just make one for sea level, and another water level for the lake.

Speaking of water levels, I think you had the level a bit too high for the inner land. There's definitely more land than that inside the caldera.

Nice map, I assume the other civs don't have access to that island though?

No, they do not. The entire world map is actually probably the best I've ever seen, there's quite a few much smaller calderas spread throughout the mountain, and I'm currently embarked on an island that is almost small enough to be taken over by a single embark. (It's a desert island complete with camels, very interesting.)

Generating with this seed, 45 regions rejected, having very hard times with forming lakes or minerals, it's ok?

Genned after 41 rejects, map is absolutely mad, two mountains, one of it is entirely evil, very very much volcano islands, wierd lake forms etc. how do i gen from seed properly? I copy pasted info from 3d post into world_gen.txt, and designed a new world with parameters, then choose that region.
