There is something wrong with the early AMX line lights...
They are slow but well armored (and ridiculously undergunned) crawlers... but they also get treated as scouts and dropped into games where they literally can't do anything (try scouting with a light that can barely do 10mph).

Oh and the ELC 40 is faster when driving BACKWARDS... seriously game...

Thinking about it this line should lead to Super pershing. Its slow, well armored and got completly unreal gun (damn, this was one of best penetrating guns in the era). And it is faster driving backwards as well. Great i will get a refund for it next patch.

French light tanks pre ELC-AMX are a joke in my opinion, however ELC AMX is one of the best things ever existed .

You mean AMX 40, the Duck, right ?
And ELC is the first to be treated as a scout, so it's ok. But generally, tier 2 to 4 french tanks are crap (AMX 40, Sau 40, B1 especially). After that it gets better, BDR is great, ELC very fun, and the Bathtub is a great sniper.

The frenchies have heavies up to tier four, after that it's usually lights and mediums disguised as heavies. Heck, even the TD's are unnaturally mobile for the most part :C

I'd put the ARL front plate (and NOT the turret) in heavy, but the rest isn't really armored, yeah. Though, they're not bad. Armor just isn't their strong point.
And the B1 ... the Matilda does everything it does better, except for 4-5 km/h. More armour, better gun, smaller tank, less weakspots. But preferential MM, hopefully.

I would take KV1C over it any time, but playing on two TOGII*s with a friend can be really scary if we pick the right direction of movement. The main problem is that it does not really move . But the turret is amazing and the amount of HP is astounishing (you need to use terrain extensively not to die to EVERYTHING though, haha).

I'm a bit rusty after not playing WOT for more than a month, but 1800 damage and 2000 potential recieved damage is not too bad.

And it started as 0/7 game, I thought it's going to be bad .

Tog is like the tiger, mediocre armour but huge HP Meaning every time you hit them you hear a cash register bell.

Gun is reasonable though.
