Fair enough.  I still can't help but notice that it's really rare for any sort of thread other than political/human nature theory to get this sort of reaction from people.  I've just never understood why there are people inexplicably drawn to this type of discussion for no other reason than to protest the existence of the discussion without any reasonable explanation.  Anybody else know what I'm talking about?

Personally, it's an axiom thing. Clashes of axioms are entirely useless. People are stubborn, and arguing against someone else's axioms is futile.

Doesn't explain the people who act as if some invisible force possesses them and forces them to read the thread, which inflicts physical agony upon them until they're successful in ending it.

I never said seeing a thread makes me sad, only that ending one makes me feel good.

Yeah I understand.  You just inspired me to comment on a more typical phenomenon.

Ahh, thought you were talking about me.

I do enjoy these threads, if only so I can vent all my pseudo-logical Nihilistic ramblings.

In other words, you enjoy any opportunity to be every other post for pages on end in a thread you know you have nothing worth saying to add to.

Yes, but last I checked, B12 was not a sig-based economy.

The man may have a point on that one.  Pretty much every signature around here is a quote.  Not that sigs will ever replace chalk mugs as the backbone of our economy, but it's certainly a growth sector.

Wait.

How do you "beg to differ" that? She said last time she check, thus excluding anytime that it was that and thus making her right.
