AVAST, i notice a distinct lack of nuclear war, and while nuclear war is bad, so is me not winning, particularly me taking (well sharing at least), last place.
Looking at it, it seems that nuclear war is in the below 4's best interests in particular:
FuzzyZergling (-1) - In round 1, 2
Shade-o (-1) - In round 1, 2
Lemon10 (-1) - In round 1, 2
Jetsquirrel (-1) - In round 1, 2
These 3's slightly less so:
LordSlowpoke (0) - In round 2
Sheb (0) - In round 2
Johnfalcon (0) - In round 2
While peace is in these three's best interests:
Toaster (7) - In round 1, 2
Nuke (2) - In round 1, 2
USEC_OFFICER (7) - In round 1, 2

So, unless you are toster, nuke or usec, you should rise up and kill the top three players.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

Wow. A small group of people managed to ruin the whole point of the game.

Not really, it sorta seems that everyone is against it, which strikes me as silly (for everyone that isn't winning), since if it doesn't happen the winner is already decided, while if it does happen, then anyone could win.
Also, being pro-peace is a valid strategy in my opinion, the only problem with which is that the game never really starts if everyone is pro peace.

Anybody can start the nuclear war which may destroy everybody, but nobody did.

The only problem with which is that the game never really starts if everyone is pro peace.
That's partially what the time limit is for. Turn two will be the final turn for round two.

Hey. I play as if I'd be a real world leader.
Don't care about points, as long as there's peace.

Or just do as any batshit dictator would do: only shoot nuke if you hope they can't shoot back (Aka, at the end of  the last turn).

Nah. The peace countdown'll end and there'll be twenty-four hours of countdown to nuclear wasteland.

So you're urging nuclear war without being willing to start it yourself?  The true mark of a coward.

So, when does turn 2 start?
In around 17 hours and 30 minutes.

New rule: whichever investment you make will not be revealed until after the round is over. If this causes anyone to change their minds, please say in the PM that you've changed your mind from your previous choice.

The final turn of round 2 begins now.

Turn 2 ends in three-ish days.

I must commend you for sticking to your guns missiles, at least, though your move is foolhardy.
