After I buy stuff off a shop, will they ever change their stocks? Or is that place now depleted and I need to find new shops or quests for more items?

Last i checked they restock after a set time - Dont quote me on that.

Look for a + on the main map or a yellow rectangle as part of a town on the overworld.

And by "overworld" minno means the adventure map.

Hmm, well if it's some time before shop inventory is renewed then that's more than the order of a few days. Several pages of meat that I sold to them are still there when I visit a few weeks later - hey I gotta start somewhere to get my bronze armour before I go questing for night creatures.

According to the development list, markets replenishing their stock is "partially done".
