After picking off three or so guards who had the high ground courtesy of a second floor, I opened the door to find a person! I immediately shot them only to realize I'd killed a civilian.

The game's basically impossible to get legally apparently, so I went to http://nolfrevival.tk for the free copies of 1, 2, and Contract J.A.C.K.

A bit of a legal grey area, but, again, pretty much impossible to legally acquire.

To be fair it's been a long time but I think he killed me like twice first, then I just decided to use the stealth suit.

Not me, I was cocky with my big ole Blade of the East. "Fight me brah! You even lift brah?!" *gets murdered with a flagpole* "Oh shit, brah lifts more than I do. Get the guns and bombs."

I... Don't remember much from that fight. I may have talked him down and then fought some random mooks together? Not entirely certain.

By the time I did meet him though, I was already pretty horrifically cheesed out with 100 in every skill and a few reasonably mean weapons, such as the holorifle and a modded AMR with handloads. Horrible perk build though, as one would expect of a first time playthrough, hehe.

I don't remember him being particularly arduous to fight, but I do remember the gauss rifle being glitched and not doing extra damage on headshots in VATS, or something like that, which made the slog through the ghouls to get to him a real pain.

I didn't particularly care for that DLC, which from what I gather makes me wrong since everyone seems to love Ulysses.

Actually, come to think of it, all of the New Vegas DLC was less fun than I think it should have been because of the slog that the combat becomes at high levels.
