No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Darth Traya is... rather unfair. She knows how to spam Force powers, and also has a high enough Willpower to make the saves against your own.

KOTOR 2.
Oh yeah, I remember that fight. Pretty sure I won it after roughly 100 tries by repeatedly knocking her down (save-scumming for Force Pushes that weren't resisted). Then I discovered what the second phase of the fight entailed, went back to my save file, and planted every single mine in my inventory while she was knocked down. Cutscene starts, second phase begins, game freezes for 15 seconds, cutscene ends, major anti-climax boss fight ensues.

I should really replay that game some day, now that I sorta know what I'm doing...

I found a better strategy; kite her around the room and spam Force Storm :P even if she makes the save, that's 40 guaranteed damage, since I don't think you can really miss with Force Storm.

She'll also stop chasing you if she loses sight of you for even a second, so you can duck behind one of the pillars in the arena and use that time to re-up your shields, use medkits, regenerate your force points, etc.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Some of you will understand. The rest doesn't have to.
It's glorious though.

Is it a good or bad thing when you feel like reloading because you messed up a dialogue tree? Good because you genuinely care about hearing all the information, or bad because there's a part of the game you don't want to experience?

I messed up the conversation with Deionarra, and missed out on many very important goodies because of it (although I suppose the game gave me every warning and sign that it could before the point of no return).

Planescape: Torment. I've somehow avoided spoilers for the 16 years that this game has been out and popular, so if somebody spoils it I will not be held responsible for the internet stabbings that may follow.

I'm actually skullkin, my nouns are skull/skully/skellingtons

Nah though, Morte's amazing. Just the optional conversations with him in the starting area blow a majority of "cinematic, story-driven" RPGs totally out of the water, in terms of writing.

I know. I played Torment as a kid (and I didn't even know english yet) and he was my favorite character. I wasn't really able to do anyhting, but I still loved him.
