Ouch, yeah. First five seconds of that fight determines whether or not you can win. Basically, what you wanna do is as soon as you walk in book it to the stairs that dog comes down. If you can get to the top, generally the dogs will beat the Capra Demon up there and you can kill them quickly so you can fight him one on one. Still difficult for that point in the game, though.

Capra Demon's probably the easiest place to get Sunlight Medals.  That boss is just terribly trolly because of those dogs.

Not quite a death, but I built a rover to help clean up debris at the end of the runway.  During it's test run it blew all the tires when it got a little airborne off the end of the runway.

3/4ths of the way through fixing all the tires Bill realized he forgot to set the parking brake, it started rolling away.  All the ladders were in the up position so he could not keep running and get in. The rover escaped, and rolled downhill into the water.

Remember to always set the parking brake when changing a tire kiddies.

Started a random map game, landed on a continent that supported 11 cities, failed to snag AP and quit in irritation.

Stupid island and its stupid not hills.  I felt like the Netherlands.  If it wasn't whipped, it wasn't made.

Always loved how stupidly lethal the guards were in MGS.

It made sense since it was a stealth game, but then they have the bloody Communications Tower. I probably died more on that part than any other part in all Metal Gear games combined.

Easier than Sniper Wolf imho. I'm so bad at that fight.

But yeah I love the guards in MGS. They're tough and really smart.

At the start of Metal Gear for the NES, there's a guard leaning against a truck. He says things like "OK now I'm asleep" and "I'm awake now" or "zzzz" (it's been a while), and the walkthrough seemed to repeatedly lie to me.
