Playing as Snake against a Meta Knight, Samus and Wolf on a modded Final Destination.
Slipped over the left edge while doing Snake's Air Side attack and didn't have time to use the Up Special.
Last life, too.
METEOR SWARM INCOMING !
I'll just take a guess and say Super Smash Bros Brawl (or one of the SSB games, anyways, don't know them, despite having Nintendo consoles... Probs should work on fixing that, hmm...)
Given it including Snake, Meta Knight, or Wolf, it has to be Brawl. (Or Project M, since it was a
modded Final Destination, but that's just Brawl with fan changes.)

SUPER LATE EDIT TO AVOID DOUBLE-POST: A 'should've died' situation that I would've felt guilty posting in the 'own' thread. My control Mage had been behind against a control Priest for pretty much the entire match, with me surviving on top-decks more than once. After many spells and nukes from both sides, I'm down to 9 HP, no cards in hand, and only a Mirror Entity in play. He's got 2 cards in hand, 16 life, and it's his turn. I've only got 5 cards left, of which one is Polymorph and one is Counterspell, meaning I've got almost no damage left in my deck. If he doesn't kill me soon, fatigue will destroy me.
He plays Deathwing. On an empty board.
Mirror Entity copies Deathwing.
I top-deck Polymorph (out of 5 cards left, so only
mostly luck).
This, ladies and gentlemen, is why you don't play Deathwing into a Mage with an active secret. Especially when that Mage played the other Mirror Entity earlier in the match.
Hearthstone. At a rank 20 trench inhabitant, I wasn't expecting a legendary... let alone the only legendary capable of throwing that game hard enough to grant me the win.
