Walking down the streets of Freedom City when suddenly some random douche shoots me in the head for 30 damage. Thank goodness I had just gotten my clone updated and I had a cocoon. However I wish they would fix or remove the spray command.

Beat the first phase of the Flagship, thought I could easily win the next. Haha, nope. Shields were torn apart by the triple missiles and lasers and then I was destroyed by a thousand or so drones.

Finally solved the random disassembly problem, only to land funny and tip over at the last second when touching down on the Mun.

Fort is doing well, I know that the brook freezes in the winter so I set both stills to cranking out booze.  I then went on to continuing the main guardhouse, which requires a LOT of stone.
About half a month into winter I check my stock screen.  No booze.  Panicking I order my stills to produce booze.  They don't, because they don't have barrels.  I set my carpenters to produce barrels.  They just fill them up with other stuff.  I make three more carpenters and set them to producing barrels.  They just barrel up other stuff.  At this point half my fort is dead from thirst, and they STILL COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT HAVING BARRELS.  People start tantruming.  One of them was my axeman, who had an artifact steel battleaxe and full iron and copper armor.

If you don't know what this game is why are you on this forum?  Unless you play LCS.  That's the only excuse.  In which case said game is Dwarf Fortress

Stepped on a landmine in the middle of a field of traps. I had no reason too, either; the bait can of beans on top of the mine I grabbed without setting it off. In retrospect I was thinking "there's probably no trap, but let's walk on top of it to be sure."

The zombies finished me off.

It's been a while since I played DF, but the old solution was to set 'reserved' barrels, which told your dwarves to keep a certain number of barrels out of the stockpile system and therefore available for brewing. I'm assuming this still works! (And hasn't been made any more intuitive.)

Got through whole game, got all extra lifes and was many times at the edge of losing all, in the semi-blind run. Final boss, the eye ship, 1 extra life and 1 bomb left. Manage to survive till last attack, getting to it on last life, no bombs, and then i position my ship in completely wrong spot, asdf, ded. Though even if i would have managed it there's still True Last Boss to deal with.

Note to self: using Flurry as your primary attack when you have crap Dexterity is not a good idea. I didn't get a single hit on the fire extinguisher droid before it froze me and its friends shot me to a pulp.

KOTOR 2 + Restored Content mod, although I haven't seen much restored content yet. I hope it's worth it when I finally get to it though, because it's introduced plenty of conversation glitches and an ugly gap in the geometry of Atton's model where I can clearly see a seam down the middle of his forehead.
