I was leaving the harbor for my mission and while I was plotting the course and moving some crew inside my sub I ended up colliding with a boat...

With Captain like me no wonder why the Allies won the war.

Making a badass last-stand using a hill for cover, with only three of my 10 squadmates still alive, one of them a machinegunner. Our APC has been destroyed, and the enemy infantry not even 200 meters in front of us on the exposed desert are soon to be backed up by more armor.

There was a pile of bodies that lined the killzone my machinegunner made, including a few trucks mounted with DSKHMs, which were just soft enough for the heavy caliber-machinegun to punch through.

And then came the hind, which flew over our heads, shooting at us. The first pass didn't hit us, as we were using the hill for cover, but the second pass was a deadly rocket barrage, and I can only laugh my ass off and sigh at the same time as my body is sent flying.

I was kicking ass with a new unarmed build when I accidentally stepped on a teleporter and was zapped into a mysterious dimension. Next thing I knew a daimyo-bot was shoving it's sword through my face. Back to the drawing board... sometimes permadeath sucks.

A grenade propelled me off of the Bespin platforms, which typically spells death within several seconds.

What I did not expect was slamming in to the windshield of an X-wing, instantly destroying it. That explosion blasted me back up to the platforms, where I died of I've-been-in-two-fatal-explosions syndrome.

I was low on health, and needed to get into a room to kill my target. I threw a grenade inside of the room. It bounces off of a wall, flings right back at me, and blows me up.
