Hardest difficulty, permadeath mode.

A long way down the dungeons, ran into a monster menagerie, TP'd out, into another room full of monsters. An entropic elemental was the last enemy in the room, and it killed me.

I don't know. I'm really no expert when it comes to flightsim. Might've had something to do with the trim or I don't know

Brutally murdered by flowers in the secret pony level.  Molten + firechains.  They must be on vacation from the mushroom kingdom.  They were teamed up with a small group of ponies with vortex. 

I slashed the flowers with my halberd in melee range and noticed I was taking more damage than I was regenning with revenge, so I used leap to get the hell out of there so I could regen some HP and call for help from the other player.  But no, the moment I hit the ground from the leap one of the ponies vortexed me back into melee range.  I did not escape in time.  The petals...THE PETALS!

Diablo 3

Playing resident evil 4, and doing a little sniping in the marsh to cut down on the amount of ganados in front of me from a safe distance. Decided that I should probably turn around real quick to make sure nothing was sneaking up on me, BAM sickle to the face before I have enough time to recover from the shock of seeing 4 enemies behind me and open my inventory to heal.

Walk into merchant's house,accidentally step on his table.
Apparently he doesn't like that and whacks me with his walking stick,and does a hell load of damage.
I have 3 health left and I manage to somehow decapitate him,so I am alive because no one witnessed it,right?
Wrong.
A psychic farmer teleported in and slashed me with his steel scythe and landed a crit.
I got butchered.

King Arthur's Gold!
Excited about a new update, and I jumped on a server.
About 10 minutes later I was on half a heart, and fighting a bunch of people.
Knowing that I was a dead man, I tried to hold them of with the new shield bash technique.
I think its a little bit broken.
I tried it and I surfed on the other knights.
I don't really know what happened, put instead of hitting the other knights, knocking them back, and instead of falling to the ground I kept on top of their heads and pushed them back until we hit a wall.

Also above me is a cow diddler!

Got bit by a sewer snake and went from 90 to 23 torso in 2 hits. I escaped the sewers and holed up in the backroom of a liqour store after batting any pursuing zombies to death in the doorway. After resting and reading for a while and making a molotov cocktail, I set out in search of painkillers and first aid packs. I of course encountered a massive horde and ended up throwing the molotov at a gas station to bring them all down with me.
