Yeah. Weird. I've restarted 11 times now and I got a Brawler every time. Perhaps its just shit luck on my part. I'll try again, hold up.

Got blowed up in my little merchant ship (the starting one) by a pirate because I was trying to navigate an asteroid field. I almost fought him off, too.  All he got was 150 cargo space worth of tungsten and holographics.

I get a quest from some tree that is pissed off about a goblin pissing on it and building a home in it's branches.  I figure, sure, it's just a goblin, how hard can it be.

So I find the goblin (on the other side of the tree, where I had just landed.  Stealthy little bugger I guess) and inform him that he is going to become good friends with the pointy end of my sword.   He hits me for about 80% of my health in the space of 4 seconds.  In a panic I shift into my dragon form to GTFO and heal.  But he apperantly hit me one last time during the shift, I turn into a dragon and immediately flop back down onto the island on my back.

I hope I crushed him.

Elona, that mission in the docks. Kamikaze all the way! (Strangely, kamikaze means "Divine Wind." I have no idea how that pertains to yeeks, of all in-game creatures.

Pulled the wrong lever and accidentally retracted the landing gear while waiting for the engine to warm up.

Cooked the coolant and ruptured the cooling system due to not opening the radiator while waiting for the engine to warm up.

Pushed too hard and too soon when trying to lift the tail on take-off, causing the nose to dig into the runway and tearing the engine clean off.

Pulled too hard and too soon on take-off, causing the aircraft to stall, overshoot the runway, half-roll half-glide down a slope, and crash into a building.

(technically only the last one resulted in the actual death of the pilot, but all of those meant the training mission had to be restarted, so I think they count; Il-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover)
