Sounds a lot like Dead Space 2, if a window gets shot out you gotta shoot the button to bring down the emergency shutters otherwise the shutters manage to come down by themselves JUST as you're partway through, obviously with gory results :P.

Yeah, Dead Space 2... the two I've seen are being caught outside with one arm in, and being caught inside with both arms out... really, they are sort of a tremendous safety hazard by not shutting automatically...

The most common way to me is where he gets chopped in half at the waist so his torso is still inside but his legs aren't.

Fell off my zeppelin, survived just fine because of my rubber boots, then when I was jetpacking back up to it, I was pincushioned by the javelin launchers I had on the back of it.

Usually due to ping timeouts. Happens to me as well.

Also: Slain by Large zombie x3, Slain by flying rocks x1, slain by stupidity x1 (All King Arthur's gold, BTW)

Javelins definitely, not sure about other stuff.

Also, if you're using a timer to trigger them on an airship, you'll need a vanilla repeater set to the third notch to give them enough delay to actually fire.

Dread Collectors beat me into a pulp as I tried to make away with a Staff of Immaculate Conceptualization out of Brax's store on level 1. My squishy wizard body couldn't withstand a single hit.
