Not really 'me' per say, but I lost my Whismur in my Nuzlocke Emerald run.  Not fun :(

Threw a molotov cocktail at some zombies, which for some reason made a huge amount of noise and drew lots more zombies.

Got punched a lot by zombies, and threw another molotov to try and escape... too bad it missed where I was aiming and hit the zombie standing right next to me. I died instantly. I guess instant incineration is probably better then being eaten by zombies, though.

Cataclysm, of course.

Moving forward, I'm going to start a list of people who can't follow the one rule of this thread and not allow their entry to my next giveaway. Only I'm not going to tell them that they have been excluded. Yup, so pissed that I am now going to be petty about it.

I was crushed by black death's boulder as he finally managed to break trough my castle gates, seconds before I would deliver the final blow to his fortress with my own rock.

An invader raiding party came through an uncharted jumppoint about 15 years into a new game and pretty much wiped out the entire sol system. The only survivors managed to escape to my frontier system only because the enemy npr which had spawned in an adjacent system chose that moment to send their own invasion fleet through to sol and distracted the invaders.

the game is Aurora.

Took a wrong turn, and before the camera wheeled around to show me where I was, I smacked into a boss that was more or less completely indestructable to my current weaponry. He smacked back.

The funny part was, I was wondering whether I would find that spot. Luckily, I hadn't done anything important since my last save.

In the first two seconds of starting the game, my little cave explorer got shot by two arrows that had spawned within range of the cave entrance.
Death after two seconds.

A spider and creeper worked together. The spider climbing over the fence and bumping me into the fence so the creeper could explode.
