It's Abandonware. Basically free, but whether or not it's legal or illegal depends. I don't think they have the permission directly from the author. But I could be wrong.

That's all nice and well but... you should at least search with Google before asking. Look at the site before downloading. Abandonia looks pretty trustworthy to me.

Anyway, if you're worried about sites, you really should get Web of Trust.

My latest death? I decided to launch all of my nuclear missiles into Mexico for shits and giggles. I then killed them all and nurtured Mexico back to health, only to take it over again. Eventually, I turned to Canada and began a war. Almost every country began to modify their espionage budget in America. Eventually, Poland tried to overthrow my power. All the commotion made it easy for a Chinese secret agent to break into my base and execute me.

I got surronded by abunchof undead, and lezcazi mercs, and barely managed to finish them off before my HP hit about 20. Then I managed to heal myself while taking out two of the mages, but the thrid one killed me since he had like 200 HP.
