In DF Adventure mode, I created two adventurers who both died very fast. The first against bogeymen- not before martial trancing and ripping one to bits and the second against her first quest NPC.

My most recent death: Getting shot by a machine gun-toting Rambo while riding on the back of a shark with laser-beam eyes. It's ok though, I still had an extra life.

I got caught in a chain of exploding gas pumps, when i activated my failsafe getaway tactic (that failed..), seeing as there were more zombies approaching than i had bullets.

It was actually Ultimate Crab Battle.

I went into a suspicious looking room and suddenly realised it was a gas chamber. Poison gas flooded the room and severly damaged me. I grabbed a gas mask before it killed me, though. I eventually got out of the room and fired my radiation grenade launcher a few times, forgetting how damaged I was. I was killed from the radiation the gun generated.

(The game is Take No Prisoners)

I just got killed by running through a gauntlet of huge spikes and acid. I was flung into a wall by one of the spikes and was blown apart. I'm still playing the same game.

Mutants EVERYWHERE.  I told Betty to put her knife back in her belt to pick up a SPAS-12, and the game crashed.

Killed a giant spider with a bomb. When it died, it dropped some misc. gems, and something far more valuable: glue to make sticky bombs! I ran over to it and was impaled by the spikes that the glue was covering up.

Was on the final lap and neck-and-neck with another player. After we around the second before last turn, another guy comes up and wipes us out by the hitting my back bumper, causing me to fishtail into the other guy I was fighting for the lead, crash him into the wall, and begin the barrel roll until my car got destroyed.
