Not sure if it counts as dying, since I landed safely, but last night, was flying in FSX with a Catalina PBY-5A. Yeah... you should really read the manual for those things. The engines are crazy finicky.

Mount and Blade: Warband.

Horse got knocked out, had to face dozens of infantry on foot. Thanks to my strong armor i wasn't taking much damage (was taking NO damage from the archers), and i was able to kill a fair few of the enemie, but it wass the equivalent of sending masses of Zerglings against a Siege Tank in Starcraft. The Tank will get some kills, but the constant attacking will wear down its HP and eventually it'll be destroyed.

But, i'm playing the Native Expansion mod, which among other thing keeps the battle going even after you get knocked out. You can still give orders via the [Backspace] menu, so i was able to win the fight with no deaths and only a couple of knock-outs.

After garrisoning a building with my squadmates after using a grappling hook to get over a tall fence, I was shot and decided to give up instead of waiting for the firefight to end.

Doing a melee-only fight, but my computer decides that it would be a convenient time to update, causing severe lag. While I'm spiking out hard, some douche comes from behind me and does an 8 hit Critical combo into my ass. Literally.

Stupid plot-critical ship(along with most of my fleet) ignored orders to run the fuck away from the 8+ Battlecruisers(note, you yourself can only have two) and its many Destroyer escorts, and it got blow'd up.

Niether me, nor Aklyon spawned TNT, The only destruction I wreaked was with WorldEdit, which can be reversed with a simple //undo

I'm guessing TF2.  Psychotic Australian is the sniper, the rake is probably the pyro's backscratcher, and the short angry man on a sugar high is probably the Scout with a FAN.
