A badass Hyperion Constructor, a badass Hyperion War Loader, and a badass Mechromancer walk into a bar.

The mechromancer is all like "lulz as long as I have 400 anarchy stacks and a super powered jakobs shottie I can kill all your little robot minions and keep my shields up and be invincible lulz"

The Hyperion badasses just shot rocket barrages instead. Instakilled me again and again until I didn't have enough time to second wind. The bar hypothetically exploded, because there never was a bar to begin with, it was only hypothetical.

The turrets are EEEEEEEVIIIIIIIL. Too many of them and cyborg midwives in the early game, not enough AP rounds.

The Black Vulkars seem to have a hate boner my Star Wars persona Toph Wolfe and promptly eviscerated him and his allies when I made the mistake of downloading Everquest in Steam while trying to find out how to get into the Undercity of Taris. I don't know if it was the AI or hardware lag that killed Toph Wolfe but I'm just glad I wasn't doing one of those permadeath challenges I'm thinking of taking on with a game I've beaten several times already, otherwise that would have been three hours down the drain.

Yeah. Currently running a Navy tech specializing in hacking, and beating things with a wrench because I only have one point in standard weps. I die to everything.

Got stuck in the ground fighting a bunch of hissers and couldn't dodge their attacks or hit them effectively. Shame, I had a nice no-death streak going.

Dumbass civilian escort panicked and ran, not towards the Skyranger which he was so close to, but back towards the aliens, and directly into a poisonous cloud left behind by a slain thin man. He basically doomed himself to die in three turns or less due to the poison, and pretty much committed suicide.

they could've just shot themselves and save my squad the trouble of having to go down there in the first place. Now I lost three soldiers, including the highest promoted troop yet, a corporal. Proves how long the XCOM corporation's  meatshields soldiers are lasting in battle.

Now, because I failed the council mission, I've got something like 3 or 4 separate countries panicking, and I only have enough time to launch one satellite before the council report, during which all the other panicking countries bail out on the council. Hoo boy. This first month went terribly.

Realized I didn't have my dagger equipped a second too late, and ended up punching a Giant in the back.

He was not pleased... Good news is that I finally got to see Aetherius for the first time.
