Got locked in a corner by multiple golems, and couldn't teleport out. When I saw 'massive bleeding' inflicted on three of my limbs at once (and the rest of my bodyparts in the black-shuttered red zone) I just snapped a wand of fireball. A huge explosion ensues as the original broken wand breaks every other wand in my inventory, and within two turns everyone's dead except for the bastard that summoned the golems.

I've never failed to outsmart or outrun a zombie; until now.  Got rammed in the backside.  Game is scarier than I've seen in a long time.

Not exactly a death, but doing a Saints run on Dead Rising. Got a good deal of the survivors saved as well as getting past a majority of the frustrating stuff and decide to take a break and play infinity mode so I can take all that frustration from trying to get the ai to the safe house out on them. Starting to feel better so I decide just to let a zombie kill me so I could go back to the title screen, and hit yes when it asked me to save thinking it wouldn't over write the main game since they're seperate modes. It did. Dead Rising.

I had been delving in the dungeons under Grove, in an effort to get level up and get gold and decent gear, when WHAM! I got swarmed by a bunch of enemies. I kept spamming the Minor Heal spell, seeing as that's all I had for healing magic, but it only delayed my death. I went down then that all too familiar screen appeared. That's what I get for r going for a glass cannon/fragile speedster build.

I tried to fight a dragon a bridge.
Later noticed stairs bypassing said bridge. And then got an aweasome sword by shooting its tail :)

Tried jumping down a bridge, died.
Lost half of my quest progress.

Heheheheh. Bethesda games tend to be rather harsh with falling damage, don't they?

It was quite far. I tought the water was deeper.
The main cause of rage is how it didn't save at the ending of the quest.

After synchronizing a viewpoint in New York, I jumped off the top of the church I was on, missed the hay cart, and shattered my legs on a picket fence.

Not really a death, but holy crap, I survived a mininuke blast with 1 head health, 0 health both arms and pretty decent health for the other limbs
