Soul Calibur 2. I'm trying to replay Weapon Master mode so I can unlock some characters. Maxi got a ring-out on me. The special rules for that stage were that the opponents' weapons were poisoned. How do you poison nunchucks?

Anyhow, I beat the first stae of Murdaw and began smiling. TRhen he went all second stage on me. Bah.'
I have a cheap way of beating him now, seeing the hero is tank and I have a broken healing staff...

Human halberd-wielding adventurer, running around slaying bandits. After completing a few quests, I manage to convince an Administrator to join me to kill a night creature (which we do without a single wound). I'm so impressed that when I return to the same town I recruit a few peasants and a hunter, whose help allows me to slay several more bandits and other assorted beasts.

So we're on our way to kill another night creature, and I discover a camp site. I think "this should be a good opportunity to earn some loot and experiences, give my companions some fighting experience".

It starts with a hammerman. He is decapitated from my first strike.
Then there's an axeman. I wound him enough for my companions to finish the job. While moving on, I see a few more humans and two elves (?) moving in to attack. "No big deal" I think, having dealt with similar numbers before. I move in to engage, wounding and maiming bandits, when nearly a dozen more begin showing up. Now I'm worried, my adventurer is taking some blows, and my companions are being surrounded. I try to break away, and get shot by an crossbow elf (?!), causing heavy bleeding. I keep up the fight, but my fate is sealed, my companions fall one by one, and still more bandits are arriving. Holy crap.

I was going for an achievement: beat an entire level without using any traps. My chosen map was the Tower, because it featured only a single approach for me to cover.

Long story short, I made it to wave 9 out of 10. On that wave, a massive horde of Ogres attacked, and a bunch of them (plus a couple of random orcs) made it through to the rift. I'm down to only a few rift points, and still have wave 10 to handle.

I realize that, this being the last wave, there's bound to be even more Ogres, and there's no way I can hold them off. Then, I remember that there's a ballista on the upper floor, right next to a teleport gate. I'm on the wrong side of the top floor, and I probably won't have enough time to get back to the ballista on foot... but the other end of the teleport gate is right below me, on the ground floor. If I just dropped down to it, I could walk through the gate and be right next to the ballista, ready to snipe some Ogres!

So, I drop down. From the top floor. Straight to the bottom floor.

"Oh right, this game has fall damage."

I die, and since I had almost no rift points left, I lost the level.  ::)

On Baystation, YOU hit asteroid! (Assuming you get blindsided by an emitter, shot in the side of the head, and launched into space. And I only wanted to fix the solars...) Interestingly, it still has the same result of breaking most of your body, knocking you unconscious until your air runs out and you suffocate in space. :(

Spacestation 13. I literally died minutes into joining the game through no one's fault but my own. Or lag. Yeah. I'll blame lag for my not seeing the emitter until it shot me. >.>

Died repeatedly and eventually lost the match due to a moron:

Picks support-oriented hero. Steals kills and creep farm off the carry hero. Is nowhere in sight in team fights. Disconnects for 5 minutes. When the team eventually loses (against bots, no less), calls everyone noobs.
