Got surrounded by an absolutely huge force of orc priests and wargs on D:5. One of the first things I got was a {high level spellbook}. Lot of good that will do a KoFi.

I underestimated Altmer's witches ability to summon powerful beings, like Daedroths and Dremoras. Especially if there are few of said witches.

Didn't die, but my Lilim and I got mauled pretty bad. I was trying to shoot down Gyukis (aka hugeass spider guy motherfuckers) and then it turns out a plasma rifle isn't enough. And I forgot which element they're weak to so I tried shooting off some Agis and Bufus but it turns out it was weak against Zio and it basically ruined my shit.
Later in the same game I crashed because I entered a town and there were too many people in it because the company merged the channels which was a really really bad move.

Death: My KoFi Tank (+2 plate, +2/+3 Short Sword, ring of sustenance/+3 Protection) Ran into a Wyvern on D:8. Bah.

Not a death, but probably still counts.

So, I was building my airboat docks, and everything was good... until sometime later, when the routing was f**king itself up, and the docks became one way.

I ragequit because I didn't have any idea on how to fix that.

I had just gotten to the second "stage" of Spelunky (the one that resembles Terraria's underground jungle) and I was immidetly confronted with a jumping red bug, which was attacking me. I whipped it, and it just stood there, blinking.
