Suicide by Rocket Propelled Chainsaw. Hell, if it didn't bounce back and hit the grenade I was holding, which detonated in my face, I might have survived with one leg and arm less.

VIVA LA RPC-ION!

Also, not saying the name of the game, cause this way it's so much more amusing

In my opinion this thread is much more amusing when you are NOT given the name of the game. Reading the situation out of context is half the fun!

For some games, yes.
For others, it's better in context.
My last death was getting my mech run over by a massive tank thing.
The game, though, is an H-game (in part, at least).

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Night Slave.
Shooter primarily, but the company added in sex scenes so it would sell.
PC-98 and all.

No, PC-98.
Windows 98 is something else entirely.

Had my half-rotten brains blown out by a cop with a shotgun while my entire personal zombie army tried to dodge the cars and catch up.

No, that's not me saying that. Sums up the system fairly well, though.

Pretty much.
It has something to do with the thing not being able to handle sprites, but being great at displaying static images, so visual novels ended up being the most popular form of game for the system, with probably more than 90 percent of all games being such.
