Hate this ATV quest. Doing better with a Pistols build rather than a Rifles one, if only for the fact that Dodge does something against melee without being completely negated by my weaponry until 60+ points in it... Feel slightly less squishy, but it's still early levels. I do have a Running Horse (the Horse Trainer 2 cargo mount; I'm too much of a packrat to not use one) and plan on getting a dune buggy or cargo bike later...

Anyway, back on topic. Doing //chunk and //regen in Minecraft on older areas that were abandoned (and remained unclaimed, after some issues with Factions and a DDOS attack corrupting the file) to remove ugly clutter and waterwalled bases that were crumbling apart. Decided I could do it faster by expanding the number of chunks I was regenerating at a time with //expand 64 n. Did the command twice to the north and twice to the east, encompassing probably around a million blocks (and more or less 40 chunks). Server crash when I tried to //regen, and had to get the main admin to manually poke it back into restarting, losing the regenerations I had been doing for ten minutes prior.

I was playing as a Human Stalker in Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup when for some reason I was shot in the back by a Centaur. On the second level of the dungeon.

After a 4-hour long gameplay on a fresh world, with a friend. We explored a huge cave, only to die when we both felt in a hole full of mobs.

We were playing on hardcore mode.

Terraria.

I tried some hardcore Terraria last night. I drowned once, wasted 3 characters to blob mobs and 1 when Guide opened a door because 11 zombies were knocking, never was even able to craft armor or weapons.

Arena mode. I was testing the 'Heidentje' - a squat, round creature with a very round body. The only limbs are hands connected to the upper body, and feet also connected to upper body. They have one eye in the centre of their body.

was digging my way towards a crystal heart when I saw a zombie bounding its way down the slope and I couldn't get a dirt wall up in time before I was trapped in a tiny space with it and no armor but a bucket on my head.

Terraria - Hardcore

As light as an autumn leaf in the wind, I floated towards the rapidly-escalating battle far beneath me; RPG launcher in hand. As I disengaged my parachute and landed on the roof of a large warehouse, I was sighted by a machine gunner across the roof from me. As the rocket left my launcher, I was stabbed in the back by a hidden enemy.


...Still nailed the other bastard good though.

Think I'll stick to LMGs and snipers, my specialty.
