Killed by Chupacabras while skateboarding out of a plane
Mercenary in a heavy exosuit guarding the waste processing plant.  Oddly, he dropped dead a second or so afterward.  Must have bled to death from all those headshots.

What game?

( Am I the only one getting sick and tired of asking "What game(s)?" )

Hellmoo, me thinks.
The first is almost certainly HellMOO, the second sounds more like STALKER (since, as far as I know, there's neither a waste processing plant nor mercenaries in HellMOO (nor does Ioric play it, as far as I know), and you wouldn't know if something bled out right after killing you in HellMOO, on account of being dead, while in STALKER you can see what's going on after you die).

Wow, the thread exploded.  It was S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

Left the arrival shuttle, discovered that the space station was being struck by a meteor shower, and took shelter in the AI upload chamber (the AI was unconscious due to a power failure) after turning on my oxygen supply. After surviving the meteor shower, I attempted to proceed through the station towards the escape shuttle, and had to put on an emergency pressure suit to avoid dying due to all the hull breaches. Before I got very far, I was shot by a robot with some kind of automatic rifle (Never seen THAT before, robots aren't allowed to have guns!), and of course I was knocked down and dropped my air tank.

I managed to drag myself out of the line of fire, staggered to my feet (without anything to breathe), and picked up my air tank and turned the valve back on. When I reached the end of the hall, I touched one of the doors at the end and was immediately electrocuted by it, causing me to once again drop my air tank and this time fall unconscious and slowly die.

It turns out that there were additionally xenomorphs and TURDS soldiers in addition to the robots killing everyone on the station, not to mention the meteor showers, electrified doors, and who knows what else. I joined rather late in the game.

I really have got to play Space Station 13 or whatever that is sometime.

Let's see.  Last 5 or so deaths were from trying to rescue a hostage from a bandit camp.  I decided to pay the ransom they were asking in order to make sure I could get to the guy without them executing him but they decided to increase the price, so I shot the bastard in the head and then proceeded to get killed over and over by his buddies every time I reloaded, that or the hostage would get hit by a grenade.  I finally succeeded and decided not to accept the guy's offer to fast travel me back to the station because I wanted to loot the corpses.  He runs off and I finish looting just as I get a warning over my radio of an emmision starting so I run as fast as my overloaded ass can towards the cover of some partially underground building... only to find it full of zombies with assault rifles.

This is why you wear your oxygen on your belt.

I risked my life camping instead of staying in an inn in Daggerfall.

Yeah, not the best idea.

Gonna peg this one as STALKER Call of Pripyat. Know the mission and area well, and it is a motherfucker.

I played a game of Creatures 3, again.

My noble Hardman norn died risking his life fighting a banshee grendel. You will be remembered well, Skippy IV.

It was a good strain, too. They were based off the survivors after I left them in a wolfing run off one of my old saves (which was my "extreme" wolfing run where the ship is filled with dangers and which I use to sort the useless from the useful) and there were like six of them that managed to survive. Skippy IV was the latest birth from that group. =(
