It has the best units for a Phalanx.
It was on a bridge.
Peasants are the worst units in the game.

level 7, awesome gear, my computer locked up and had to restart. The character was deleted.

Same, except I was dying of hunger and got raped by a dozen zombies, mostly fast and brutes and a spitter, while running to the grocery store. Lost an epic stash of equipment in my basement :(
