Exploring an abandoned Science Lab, opened up a door and there were three turrets in there. They shot at me and one of them managed to hit my eyes taking the HP of my head down to 1. I healed up and was immediately chased around by a skitterbot, I tried to shoot it but the shots kept on glancing off. I died before I realized I could have just hit it with my gun.
