My brother switched teams and shot me in the face because I was taunting his marksmanship (Or up until that point, lack thereof.) in Ace of Spades.

Suffocated in my own blood from an arrow to the chest in dwarf fortress. While suffocating, I was also wailed upon by a goblin lasher and hammergoblin.

A wolf killed me as I tried to hunt it for meat that I would then give to a hunter as shy deer meat cause of stupid vague quest not wanting me to have cooked my actual shy deer meats.

Encountered the first enemy of the game, lost my will to live, curled up in the middle of the floor in the vague hope that it wouldn't see me. It did and ate my face.

Being a lvl 85 tank, I have shitons of HP. Of course, going AFK with PvP on doesnt seem to help me any.

Being the paladin I am, I bumrushed a group of around 20 archer skeletons with a skeleton boss in the middle.
I died in 3 seconds.

Was defusing the B bomb on radiation, killed three guys, and right as I am entering codes on the briefcase, someone falls down the ladder and kills me with a tomahawk.
