Set fire to Knollworm, which was on water which I also set on fire leading to steam, accidentally pressed the up direction key not realizing the worm was dead, died due to the super-heated steam that I caused. Blarg.

Began adventuring in a beautiful world with vast oceans and great mountains.

Then I discovered that the world had no orcs and my adventurer and the world suffered a major existence failure.

P.S. That's totally my next feature request, reject if all races cannot be placed.

It's more likely that they died out than that they weren't there in the first place. Although I can't imagine anything that could kill off orcs, they're tenacious little bastards.

Sounds like Monster Hunter to me, don't know which one though.

My latest death: After soldiering through an entire asteroid base with two members of security, a scientist and the second-in-command, beheading three zombies with my energy pickaxe and following an alien to the Artifacts. We return victorious to the ship, which had been ravaged by the same zombies. I'm ordered to go to the entrance checkpoint and rally the crew there. Unfortunately, some scientists bring up one of the zombie victims to arrivals just before she turns. She begins attacking the staff who brought her there while I call them back to the escape pods. Realising I had foolishly left my pickaxe back on the asteroid, I run at the zombie and hold her off while the rest of the crew make their escape. Unfortunately, she manages to claw me to the floor just as rescue arrives. I bleed out before I can receive medical attention.
